1.1 - Introduction

The most important rule of the Police Department is cooperation, without it, there is no team and no entire department. In this document, you will learn the most important things that you should know before you start serving at the RP session. At the top, you will find a general list of all things. It is also important that you understand every step in this document, so do not sleep reading it. You can always come back here and reread it. Don't be afraid to ask people in higher positions for help in clarifying a few issues. Also, don't be afraid to let us know about any mistakes.

1.2 - Chain of Command | CoC

You must do this whenever you are on or off duty. If you need help, you can contact the person you need in a private chat, but we suggest using tickets for everything. This way, the entire conversation will be saved and someone else will always be able to help or advise if needed.

3.1 - Emergency Ten Codes

Emergency Ten Codes, also known as 10-codes, are shortened codes used to effectively transmit messages on Radio Traffic Only. The use of 10-codes is especially important to communicate with other units faster and in a simpler way.

3.2 - Phonetic Alphabet

The Phonetic alphabet is especially important on RTO, it is used to make it easier to understand and to avoid any mistakes. This alphabet must be used in many situations.

NATO Phonetic Alphabet

4.1 - Traffic Stop Guide

Step one: Pull over to the side of the road.

Park your vehicle behind a civilian's vehicle at an angle of between 20 degrees and 40 degrees. Get out of the car, approach the car you stopped. Remember not to walk on the road randomly, we don't want someone to hit you.

Introduction: "Hello Sir/Madam, I'm (Roleplay name) with the FMPD/WSP. Do you know why I stopped you today?"

Reply Option, if the answer is "No": Okay Sir/Madam, I stopped you for (reason). Can I see your license, registration and proof of insurance?

Step two: Thanks you, please remain seated.

Step three: Return to your vehicle. On the #commands channel use command /profile (user) to check if the civilian has a registered car. Time for a ticket, on the #commands channel use the /ticket command. Remember to follow the Penal Codes.

Step four: Now go back to the civilian and inform them that he/she has received a ticket. “Okay Sir/Madam, Today you receive a ticket for (Charges). Please sign the ticket here: -gives ticket-”

Step five: Inform the civilian that he or she can appeal the ticket in court. “You can appeal the ticket in the court”

Leaving traffic stop:“Okay Sir/Madam. You are free to leave once I return to my vehicle and turn off emergency lights. Have a good day”
